Brazilian Butt Lift
Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), contrary to its name, is not a traditional "lift" procedure. In other words, if there is sagging skin on the hip, there is no intervention for it. If there is sagging skin on the buttocks or legs, thigh and butt lift surgery may be a more suitable option. A major advantage of Brazilian hip surgery is that it increases hip size without an implant (silicone hip replacement).
Brazilian Buttock (BBL) Surgery is a very natural-looking operation with obvious results. However, if the person is very thin, the fat to be removed from the body is not enough and the only way to achieve the increase in size you desire may be a silicone hip replacement. Silicone Buttock Prostheses may be a good option for some patients; however, it is important to understand the additional risks of having implants (hip replacements), including capsular contracture and a higher risk of infection. Hip implants can look less natural compared to expert Brazilian Buttock (BBL) Surgery.
Brazilian hip aesthetic or Brazilian Buttock surgery includes three basic steps:
1- The first step in Brazilian Butt Lift Surgery is liposuction to remove fat from the hips, waist, thighs, abdomen, and/or other regions. For this purpose, we prefer fat removal with Vaser Liposuction. Vaser Liposuction is a method that works with the principle of minimal damage to the fat tissue and maximum results, and it allows to collect the fat from the body with sound waves without damaging it and transferring it to the needed areas. Therefore, the survival rate of the fat taken and given to the hip is very high.
2- Extracted fat is purified and prepared for transfer.
3- Aesthetic surgeon makes “buttock fat injection” to certain areas to enlarge the butt, increase the volume and give the desired shape to the butt. For this reason, many surgeons inject a little more fat than it should be, taking into account the share of melting. After Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, the fat cells transferred to the hip and not melted, will remain for years. However, weight gain and loss will affect the appearance of the hips, so weight control after Brazilian hip aesthetics (BBL) is important.
